Many times when i smoke i faggotface insane paranoia that scares me hlf to death. seems the only way to avoid this is to be drinking andonly take a couple small hits. even then i still worry quite a bit and usually have to talk myself out of it. any idea why this is happening and how to start having a good time again?

These anons saying "get better weed" don't know what they're talking about. The problem exists as a result of your mind's reaction to the state brought about by the active ingredient THC (which is the same active ingredient in both good and shit weed - the "quality" merely pertains to its quantity, and lack of other chemicals)

I've had several friends who have had exactly the same thing, and unfortunately the only solution for them was to stop smoking (sorry :/) Extreme paranoia while stoned may indicate latent psychological problems that may in fact be brought to the fore by continued smoking. The fact that weed can bring these problems from latency to full manifestation, is one of the arguments commonly brought against it whenever people try and get it re-classified or decriminalised.

If you must continue smoking (and i can understand if the temptation it too great heh) then my advice would be to apply logic (i know, easier said than done). You know that your paranoia is unfounded, so explain that to yourself. Perhaps, if you can, try and place yourself in the mindset of not being stoned, and take a look at the events that are fueling your paranoia in this light.

1. make sure its completely de seeded that can make you go BEEKEEPERface 2. make sure its not ditch weed (turn down the brown) that can be horrid 3. make sure its not over dried... that can make it SUPER harsh plus pointless if it is too dried out you can put a orange or lemon peel in the stash and it should soak up some moisture... but make sure to take it out when needed or else you can get moldy weed

fortunately not everyone has to grow up experiencing life's harsher environments. crisis and abuse are not that uncommon and lurk in people's subconscious into adolescence and adulthood. after a while weed starts bringing it out. i quit for a while and have learned to put things into perspective and truly enjoy a good high.

IMO you smoke in situations when you have to act or smell sober.
